This tea tastes fantastic - smooth with no bitterness. Even better - it keeps it's freshness. I make a gallon and since I'm the only one in the house who likes iced tea, it takes a while to drink it all. I've kept it made in the refrigerator for a 7-9 days and it has maintained it freshness with no bitterness or cloudiness.
