Ever since I tried the Thai Coconut Rooibos from Bouldin Creek Cafe in Austin, TX, I had to discover where their choice of tea came from. The Sweet Desert Delight is a perfect taste to wind down on a chillier evening! Red rooibos is blended with coconut pieces, cacao nibs, anise pods, cinnamon, safflowers and stevia leaf. I like to steam and froth milk, making it into a Thai Fog. Yum!
