Hello Kitty Balloon iPhone Privacy Screen Protector

I honestly love this. But after not having it a week it is cracked all the way across the screen. I just feel that if you spend $40 for something that is supposed to be protective, that’s what it should be. I put it in my handbag and when I arrived at my destination it was cracked. Its not like I’m an irresponsible teen. I’m a 56 yo woman, that is not careless. I will say that customer service is great. I had actually chose the incorrect phone and I contacted them and they were quick to respond, corrected my error and shipped the same day!
