I purchase a Rover driver side ladder/tire carrier. It was shipped with a right hand (RH) lower hinge bracket. I emailed Rover customer support and called William Deal at Rover. His response was outstanding! He air shipped a LH hinge bracket that arrived to the next day! I mentioned a few issues and he was thankful for the feedback. He said he will inform the appropriate Rover personnel to improve the Rover packaging and installation. instructions.

This works fantastic and is very versatile. Mounted my spare as designed and a 10 lb propane tank for my fire pit.
