Well made !Great fit as described wide toe box for deadlifts , squat , general gym weight lighting for stable lifting. I like to wear them with no Sox. If I do wear Sox I use a thin sock. I switch up to another shoe for cardio.

Even better than the first pair I bought 3 years ago. Hands down the best barefoot shoes I've had and I've tried all the major brands. These are well made and affordable. Compared to other brands that are way too expensive and dont hold up nearly as well.

The second generation of these shoes are definitely much more stout. Keep the same feel and actually a bit more comfortable.
