True to size, beautiful colour, great customer service

Due to preorder of my usual size not going to come in time (I'm usually a size 12), the team at Modi kindly helped me with swapping out my original preorder size L to the XL that would arrive in time for my friends' wedding. The size up XL was a bit big at my bust, however it was still perfect and the adjustable straps were great and the colour is beautiful. I would definitely recommend regular true to size, but due to the quick time I needed it in, the XL still worked perfectly. The Modi team also sent it express and their customer service was amazing, friendly and understanding about my dilemma, getting me a dress delivered in time. Thank you Modi!

Really lovely, very well made and nice quality linen and fully lined. Size wise, I usually buy an M&S size 6, I went for the small and it was very slightly big but doesn’t show because of the style of the dress. If it was more fitted I would have needed the xs.
