Club Coffee Table

Arrived with a manufacturing defect. Took over a month to ship (not backordered - just… thats the standard). Was promised theyd expedite the replacement piece. Its been 7 days since I received the defect one (and i called within minutes of receiving to report the defect as I could not assemble), still waiting for the replacement piece. Cant use it until my replacement piece gets here. I was so excited and saved up to order my first polywood item. Was planning on ordering piece by piece. Despite multiple emails and communication- polywood could care less. So disappointing. Will not purchase from them again.
