I almost gave one star off for missing screw, but that’s the first issue I’ve had with 3 couches, 4 chairs, 4 ottomans, a fire pit and (now) 2 coffee tables. Ordering a replacement hardware pack via the website’s chat (on a Sunday) was easy.
