Nautical 3-Piece Curveback Adirondack Set

I spent almost $1000 on what i perceived to be a high end product. Today, I put together just one of the chairs and the table. Being a woodworker I was surprised by the poor quality of the prodct. Some of the horizontal pieces that make up the seat were not evenly spaced and parallel to one another. Also, I was surprised that one of the pieces that makes up the table top has a very noticeable imperfection with a fiber going 90 degrees against the grain which seems to have produced a depression in the surface. I haven’t put together the 2nd chair yet but I won’t be surprised if there is a problem. I have the prodict two stars because the chair is comfortable, but if you’re expecting quality, look elsewhere.

Apart from a 110 deg heat index, the chairs were easy to assemble w Polywood's clear and visual instructions. They're robust and beautiful. And, to sit in them...AHHHHH!

Polywood has never disappointed in any way. We now have six adirondacks, three side tables and one coffee table. The chairs are very comfortable, and clean up like a dream—just spray off with the garden hose. They all went together perfectly, with no parts missing. I feel the value is great (for the slate gray), as they will last for such a long time. I wish other colors were at the same price point. I would buy more for a beach cabin.
