Sizing inconsistent

I have had two other pair of the Boho sandals, and I love them, and have worn them out. They were both the leather, upper. I ordered a pair in the same size, in the microsuede, and they are two short. Why the difference? (Even comparing them to the older shoes, you can see the difference ). Now I have to pay to ship them back!
