Smoked Rainbow Trout (3-Pack)

I absolutely love this product! I put it on a cracker right out of the tin... The trout tastes as though it was packed that day! There is no better tinned fish in America!

OK, first let me say that I'm not that big a fan of smoked fish and I don't normally like trout all that much but this is honest to God one of the best things I've ever eaten. It is so buttery and so perfectly balanced in flavor. The smoke is just the right amount, the salt is the perfect amount. I don't have words for how good this is. I just ordered a bunch more so I would always have it in my pantry.

So good!

I could eat this everyday. The flavor is light and the meat is tender. So good with a baguette or with rice!
