Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

Solid bean, much better than burnt starbucks. I feel if it were roasted a bit lighter some of the fruity notes would be discernable. I let it rest 8 days to let the beans release carbon dioxide to help taste the great notes. I have brewed it in v60 and pulled espresso shots with this bean

Very good. Smooth going down and a great aftertaste.
