Capri Sandal - Wider Fit in Black

Quality material, super cute & comfortable

This is my second purchase from Liberte. I also have the capri sandal in regular fit, all black. These "wider fit" are wider in the toe box but not the inner sole of the shoe. The fit is more like a Birkenstock, higher arch & cork base. I prefer the feel of the regular fit, but these are still well made, very attractive & comfortable.

Amazing

My new sandals are amazing, I love they're well made and how the look and feel on my wide feet. The only issue is that I didn't count on my high instep, which caused discomfort the first few times I wore them; I had to use protectors to prevent blisters, but now that they've loosened up a bit, I love my sandals.

Love these shoes. I bought the wide, and they fit about like the regular/wide Birkenstocks. They have a good heel cup, toe grip ridges, a good arch, and a wide toe box. I have a high arch, so the leather straps are a bit tight across the top of my foot. However, they are comfortable enough right now, and I expect the leather to loosen up after a few outings. I really like the black lining on the footbed because it doesn't instantly show toe prints. And I love having the back strap. It's attached to the leather that goes across the front of your foot instead of being attached to the footbed, so it has a little extra flexibility to keep it comfortable and firm against the heel. If you're a Birkenstock person, I would definitely recommend a pair of these. They have a slightly more refined look and feel, a bit more like an Italian grandpa instead of a 1970s hippie. I'll probably buy more.
