Great product and great customer service

It's hard to find bright coloured and soft leather watch straps but I liked the selection. Having bought the wrong size I returned the first one and received a refund within a week of my posting it.

Wonderful product

The product is of great quality and fits the description. I didn’t find size 21 so I bought 20 but the spring bar was too short so I thought of returning it. There was not a return label and could not print one from the website. On the site, returns are accepted within 30 days but an explanation note is required. I decided to keep it and change the spring bar. In short, great product but difficult return process
