Omete Zed Series Cymbals - Hi-Hats

Neat pair of smaller hats (12")

Picked up the 12" Omete Zed Hi-Hats as auxiliary hats to be mount on a marching snare drum. I wanted something that didn't have to be boomed too far out as to not cover the batter playing, positioned more easily. and would not disturb the weight balance, so these 12" worked out great. They cut nicely and sound great. They aren't cheap sounding like the other sized bigger cymbals at the price point, and more convenient than trying to frankenstein some splash sized cymbals. Would definitely consider Omete in the future.
