Blue Chicken Symphony Keychain

The keychain itself is adorable and I'm glad they added the logo compared to last year's chicken. I'm docking a star because of the questionable support at Manhead Merch. Shop placed this order without me approving it, including shipping protection. I was desperate to get this canceled because again, I didn't place the order on purpose. The best Manhead would do is say I can return it to them after I get it, paying shipping ($7) then reorder. I asked to just get shipping protection back, and they said they can't do any changes. All in all, not a good customer service experience.
