This product seems of quality materials, but the craftsmanship is not as good. Within a few weeks of light/normal use, the pad on the should strap had fallen off. The bag rubs stain on whatever you are wearing. It also took several weeks to ship, despite their shipping policy stating 5-10 busines days. I had to purchase another bag in the meantime to carry my laptop and work essentials. I would not suggest this company unless their prices come down or their craftsmanship and urgency increase dramatically.

I love it. Its beautiful, elegant and I looked like a business man.
