Perfect length on the strap

Good quality strap. My wrist is slightly smaller than average and the length of the strap is perfect.

Shorter than advertised and no response from customer service

Very disappointed as watching strap was nearly 2cm shorter than an advertised. No response from customer services to organise return and refund.
