Hand Cuff Too Small

I found the piece stunning when looking at it on the website. When it arrived, I was disappointed by it as it was very complicated to put on, painful to put on/take off, and likely too small for my hand? I did not see a variety of sizes for the cuff, but unfortunately, have not been able to use it.
