Sooo Good!
While purchasing the Earl Grey Creme cannisters as Christmas gifts, I ordered the Genmaicha for myself. Just like the Earl Grey Creme - which I had received as a gift and absolutely love -The Genmaicha does not disappoint. Smooth, no bitterness. I was hoping this tea would match the flavor of a tea I had at a Japanese restaurant several years aga. The Miss Tea version has exactly the toasty flavor I was hoping for.

All the teas I’ve had at Miss Tea are wonderful, but I’m hooked on the genmaicha. I just steep in briefly in water that’s 175 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes out with such a delightful aromatic flavor. I love it! The store in Beacon is warm and welcoming and is filled with high quality and delicious tea as well as beautiful tea related items. It’s a great place to visit, if you’re in town.
