Customer service was terrible. My order was sent to the wrong address, which resulted in the shipment being canceled by the carrier. The carrier instructed me to contact Spec Ring directly, so I sent multiple emails but never received a response. After reaching out through Instagram, I was finally able to get in touch with someone. They assured me that same night that a replacement order would be sent and that I would receive a new tracking number. Unfortunately, I never received the tracking information, and after that, they stopped responding to my messages on Instagram altogether. The lack of communication and follow-through made this a very frustrating experience.
