Birthstone Jewelry - 2 Stone Birthstone Ring

The product came in as pictured however I was not impressed with the customer service support. I ordered the ring on 6/3/26 and was told it would be a 10-15 day delivery time which worked perfect because it was a gift. I reached out via email on 6/21/26 when I still had not recieved tracking information and was met with an automated message saying somebody will get back to me in 48-72 hours. Fast forward to 7/1/26, I reached out again after not hearing back and somebody finally got back to me saying my order did not make it through production and my options were to be refunded or to wait another 10-15 days for my order I had already been waiting almost a month for. Will not order from here again.
