Pink Tulip - 14mm Double Bowl

I ordered one of these to match a pink decanter that I just used the DIY conversion kit to transform. The one I received unfortunately broke in transit but I could tell it was going to be perfect. I reached out to explain the issue and got a prompt response, there was a short delay in them sending out the replacement as they had to make some new ones. But it was clearly communicated and they sent it out in short order. I haven't gotten the replacement yet but I'm so excited. The customer service was top notch and the quality of the product seemed great despite some minor issues during transport!
