District Cutlery is the only place I trust my best knives with. In addition to routine sharpening, they thinned out my Nakiri at my request to address an overly wedged geometry, and the new thinned profile has made the knife even more of a pleasure to use than it was before

Depends on day

1st let me say I love this place. However, depends on when you go. If it’s busy- service can vary. If you don’t announce that you are “so and so@ or work for ” so and so”.. treatment can vary. Overall, it’s worth à trip/ stop by.. But if in hurry or have something to do… you may be waiting.
