Great shoes! I grew up an athlete so im very specific on my workout shoes! Ive been going to F45 classes for about a year now and these shoes are the best for those dynamic hybrid workouts! Flat enough to feel secure during lifting, but supports me while doing more dynamic movements. I loved them so much I bought a pair for my husband! He loves them too!
