MeatStick V Prime

Not requiring a bridge to maintain a connection is a game changer for me. I had actually purchased one of this model shortly after its release but continued to use my older probes with the bridge.

I've used my new meatstick V twice. Once on the grill with cowboy pork chops and then in the smoker with a 2.69 lb. T-bone. Both cooks came out excellent.

Start to finish this is a wonderful product for anyone that likes to cook or smoke food, I can look at live data and dial in the perfect cooks, its great the app tracks all this info for you with real time data and even keeps a log from start to finish. Just wonderful!
