NikeCraft: General Purpose Shoe (Bricolage)

I can't review the actual shoes because I never received them. What I can review is the customer experience, which has been extremely disappointing. My order has been delayed for more than a month due to an address issue. According to the delivery company, the sender provided an incorrect house number, and at the same time all delivery modification options were blocked, leaving me unable to resolve the problem myself. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of communication. I first contacted customer support on April 18 and have since sent multiple follow-up emails and messages. More than a month later, I still have not received a single response. I paid for the product, I don't have the shoes, I haven't received a refund, and I can't even get a reply from customer support. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a brand with such a strong reputation. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend ordering directly from them.

Do not recommend buying from this company. I never received the shoes (similar to another review I read) and it was resent to the seller. Now they want me to pay another $20 to get it shipped again (likely to have the same issue), so no guarantee I will ever get the shoes. Customer service responds quickly but with generic responses offering zero support. This is my first Tom Sach's purchase which I was excited about, but after this experience -- never again. Very dissapointing.

I've got each of the 4 colorways and love them all. Some of the most comfortable shoes. Can wear them all day and feet not hurt. They also are nice enough to get away with wearing to work or to watch my kids play their games and still look good. Only guidance I'd give is remember they are women's sized and order a half size down. They'll look better for longer that way
