DWV IO Couplings (27A) FF. These couplings (sometime called inspection tees) have a Large Inspection Opening (IO) to allow for inspection & cleansing in times of blockage. The pipe fits inside the fitting. The IO is to the top of the fitting. They are only available in 100mm & 150mm.
