Boric Acid cleanser - Vanilla

I’ve been a loyal dedicated customer now for about a year. I love this company. From the natural body oils to the natural yoni wash and even body wash. The only thing I would change about this company is their delivery timeframe. This last delivery I ordered February 14th and received my products on 13 March. I’m not complaining, because like I said, I love the product. If I did not love the product, I would not be a loyal customer here. And also they make up for the timeframe by throwing in some freebies. I can’t think of one order that I’ve received where I didn’t get something for free as an accommodation. Now, I don’t know if that is just their company statement or their way of saying thank you for your patience for our delay with shipping. So I am not complaining. They still get five stars from me all the way around.

By far my most favorite, trusted and used yoni wash. If this were any other company, I’d give 3-4 stars because sometimes I’ve placed an order and it takes anywhere between 3-6 weeks to arrive. HOWEVER, the fact that the products are so AMAZING and the ALWAYS add freebies in my orders. I give 5 stars. Yes, I know that a lot of companies give freebies as a way to either say thank you for your order or our apologies for the delay, those companies give free samples. NOT this company, I usually get full size samples and not just one. This time not only got 2 free items but I was upgraded on a sample bundle I got. I’m a true and loyal customer and I order this particular yoni wash once a month. I even got my teen son a men’s body wash that he loves and they gave a free men’s bar of soap that he loves. I love that they use all natural oils/essential oils in their products. Keep it coming please! Thank you for all you do for your customers and standing confident behind your brand. It shows. I don’t this company down because for all I know they can be behind on product due to sales or staffing or both. Regardless of the matter, I’m still here.
