I’m a pharmacist by training. With that being said, I prioritize non-drug treatments when available. I’ve also been battling a shoulder impingement for 8 months. I know the pain- and it takes time to resolve. Anti inflammatory drugs didn’t help. My impingement and frozen shoulder in the other arm had taken 18 months to resolve. I’ve done days, weeks and months of physical therapy with slow progress. My root cause is tight and knotted muscles. Throw in some massage, red light therapy, and electro acupuncture. I purchased them after watching a video. I'm starting to think I bought really expensive paper. I'm wearing 2 right now and this is my second time trying them. I don't notice that they are doing anything. Maybe they'll work for you, maybe not.
