Bellocq ordering system is bad! Not only it is not so user friendly, they mixed my orders and sent it to an address of a previous order I used to send someone a gift. I am very certain I changer the address and sadly it was not impacted. No response when you try to reach customer service. Very disappointing customer service; mixing these during Christmas is really frustrating!
