GREEN LANTERN T-shirt Oath

The shirt is nice, but i had to contact DC customer support via email two times. First time because I did not see or receive the 10% discount to be applied after i signed up for their newsletter, and the second time because the shirt got lost in transit. I was eventually given the 10% discount after my first email and a second shirt was finally delivered to my address after my second email. I was also give the option for a complete refund. It has been a frustrating experience.
