Not sure this is a reputable company

So often, a one star review comes off as someone who owns culpability in the transaction. It was made clear to me by the something nice representative, that the fault was mine. When my toothpaste and added gift of whitener didn’t arrive in a timely manner, I assumed that it would arrive eventually. When a package finally arrived, I was eager to try my new toothpaste. Unfortunately, the large box only contained a tooth whitener strip. I visited the company page and asked in the chat where my toothpaste was, and was told, according to their records I hadn’t ordered toothpaste, I don’t like tooth whitening strips, and couldn’t understand why I would have ordered them, so I logged into my account and discovered that the complimentary whitening strips were now a subscription!!! I reviewed my records and found that a month previous I had ordered the toothpaste that had never arrived. So I contacted their representative and pointed out where I HAD ordered toothpaste. She asked for a photo of the tooth whiteners , so I sent a photo. Then she said that the window for addressing my concern had been closed and they weren’t going to do a thing about the very expensive toothpaste I had ordered. I have a P.O. Box for my mail, so this isn’t an issue of mailbox piracy. This is a company that now has over $100 of my money and hasn’t provided me with an ounce of professionalism or courtesy. Stick with Amazon, they have a reputation of integrity. Something nice, has not proven themselves to be anything more than a well marketed scam.

Picky about flosses—LOVE THE COCONUT!

I normally have only liked using Superfloss because I don’t really feel like the waxed type floss does a very good job, but I love this coconut floss! It’s thicker than normal so I feel that it gives a better result. Guess I’ll find out the next cleaning visit! I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the Zero Pro toothpaste. Thanks for such wonderful products!

Coffee stains, gone!

These strips work fast! My teeth were several shades lighter by the end of week 2. I haven’t had any tooth sensitivity at all. I also get 2 uses from each packet for added value. This is a subscription worth keeping!
