Update: Thank you grizzly Naturals for reaching out to me and making this right! To whom it may concern @ Grizzly Naturals: I seldom- if ever- leave reviews, but feel this was warranted based on the lack of customer service I've experienced. I've sent 3 emails regarding my recent order and as of this writing all of them have yet to be answered. These were sent within the 15 day window as well. I double checked the email address to confirm your address was correct and nothing has been sent to my spam folder either. The lotions I ordered have a strange chemical smell to them and this is the issue (the Bluebearry and Shipwreck one). Can someone get back to me soon? Thank you, Ron
