Terrible taste and flavor. I usually love jackfruit but have never has it dried. The best taste of the three was the tomato.

The flavor and texture are just okay. Probably won’t order again. Very expensive for the amount you get. I liked the idea of them though.

An acquired taste
At first I didn't care too much for it, but now I think I like it. Give me a little more time, it may be an acquired taste that kind of grows on you.
