Briggs & Stratton Vangaurd Big Block Intake gasket (bottom of throttle body)

Did not receive this gasket. Tried contacting them and have not heard back in more than 60 hours. Will be calling my bank soon if they don't send me my gasket. Will also not being doing business with them anymore. Edit: After my 3rd email, I finally got a response back. Supposedly, "Gaskets were on back order from OEM shipping." Never had I dealt with a company not notifying customers about the product being on backorder nor response back in a timely manner. Still, this will be my first and last time doing business with them. CUSTOMER SERVICE is what brings customers in and returning customers.
