Failing to send a hard copy of the assembly instructions in the bag/box is a complete failure to me. Don't be cheap, be complete, and assume that your older adult customers may choose to be Luddites on days when they choose to play with Legos. Electronic devices are not allowed in my craft room, so your product is at the bottom of the heap. Still not assembled.
