Great to grip with hand although the grip to the actual lash could be a little better as the sometimes slip on natural lashes.

Does it get any better?

Can not fault these volume tweezers. If you're a little clumsy like me and drop your tweezers from time to time you'll know how costly it can be to replace them so frequently. These are not only amazing in their design but such an affordable price especially when replacing them often. I have bought 5 of them already over the years I've been lashing and will no doubt use them for years to come
