Paired with the Heavy Duty Tank Lever Buckle, this belt delivers solid support for both major lifts and accessory work. I followed the size chart and my belt fits exactly as I expected; I have a 104-106cm (41-42 inch) waist and a size L puts me right in the middle of the belt notches.
