This was a very special going away gift for our pastor's retirement. He was absolutely blown away by the quality! It is absolutely gorgeous, and much better than the pictures show! You have a life time customer! The only thing that was concerning is that no tracking on my end was ever available. We were on a tight timeline, so that was hard. The customer service team was extremely diligent in letting me know personally where the package was in transit. It did arrive on time as well! Thank you for such a beautiful compass/sundial.
