New England Lobster Beaded Oversized Tote

I bought this tote for my lobster loving hydrangea bush growing Mom for Mother’s day. Although I was told it would deliver by Mother’s day it arrived about a week and a half late. She lives fairly remote and coastal, so fast delivery is usually not a thing. She loved it even though it was late. Beautiful quality and colors.

The beading and work on the bag is beautiful. The problem is the internal hook and D ring that pulls the outsides of the bag together. The ring is either too big or the hook is too small. This is a gift for my best friend. This was not an inexpensive bag. I’ve reached out to customer service with a minimal response that they’ve reached out to the production team, and that was a week ago now. Still no meaningful response from customer service 06/05
