Does not follow directions well

To my surprise, size 6 diapers showed up when my 1-year-old is still in size 3's. "Surely the company sent me the wrong size!" -- Surely not. I never imagined that I needed to customize the size diapers we needed. Never gave it a single thought. Just assumed Dyper would know us personally and send us exactly what we needed LOL. I'm excited to use the diapers we ordered . . . . this time next year! They seem great! (Also I've since updated our subscription to send the right size next time) Pay attention to drop-down boxes, people!
