Quality not the same

I am sorry to say that I am disappointed with this towel. The binding came off two of my Anorak towels I bought a couple of years ago, so I sewed it back on and emailed Anorak just to let them know this had happened. Anorak responded very quickly, and offered to send me a choice of two towels. I chose the lobster towel. Great customer service! I was delighted. Sadly, when the towel arrived, it was smaller and thinner than my existing bath towels. I am wondering if the supplier has changed, or manufacturing methods are different. But instead of being thick and luxurious, this towel is much thinner. And the size seems skimpy. Sorry to complain after such great customer service :(
