Cap cracked in one week
I ordered this bottle for my son. I’ve been a customer of Elemental for the last 8 years and love their bottles. He carried the bottle for a week when I noticed a large crack on the side of the lid. Since he didn’t remember dropping the bottle, we have no idea how it happened except for normal wear and tear. I’m very disappointed.
