A little disappointed

I love, love, love my Luxe purses and have purchased 5-6 over the last few years. That being said, the quality of this bag was disappointing. The pulls on both zippers fell off within the first week of use and I couldn't get them back on so I gave up. I now have a beautiful purse that hangs open most of the time due to shoddy craftsmanship.
