An inverted style cage pushes the shaft back into the torso. It works well for those clients with the smallest members, but it's also fun for those that want as much constriction as possible.

Overall good
I found that I need a bigger ring than anticipated due to the design of the Invo cage and how it mounts from the back of the ring. Overall the device is well designed and the client services were prompt at making a correction to my order. Will definitely recommend and probably buy an Invo in stainless at some point if its available.

Good customer Service
Customer service was very polite and responsive, and I appreciated the support throughout the process.
The product itself was slightly different from what I originally imagined, but the overall quality still feels good.
I would consider ordering again in the future with a different specification or size.
