Size was not as described and too big but company refuses to allow for returns. The jeans were not on sale. What kind of company offers new returns? It wasn’t transparent when we ordered the jeans that no returns were allowed.

Delivery method is the problem, not the product

The item itself is perfect. The problem is the delivery time and the custom fees because Starred choice of delivery method (DHL). The answer by the company when I asked why so long for delivery, the only answer I got was « once it’s shipped, it’s not our problem anymore ».

Didn’t give me right size, didn’t respond to email about the wrong order.
