Delivery method is the problem, not the product

The item itself is perfect. The problem is the delivery time and the custom fees because Starred choice of delivery method (DHL). The answer by the company when I asked why so long for delivery, the only answer I got was « once it’s shipped, it’s not our problem anymore ».

Didn’t give me right size, didn’t respond to email about the wrong order.

Quality is good but i orderd a 32 waist and the length is pretty long past my feet so i have to take them to get hemmed
