Laundry Soap, MaKenzie Layne - 32oz.

This product was heavenly.

The Makenzie Layne scent was great for a while but now it has been packaged differently and the product has clearly been cut significantly, as evidenced by my comparison photo. I messaged them and asked why and they advised it was not cut and was just manufactured at a different facility. That’s clearly not true as the smell does not last nearly as long as it used to. I would assume this was done to stretch their base product and get larger profit margins which is the way of the world, but disappointing for sure. I do still purchase it but at that price point, a product that doesn’t maintain its scent is just not worth it. The candles, wax melts and room sprays do not hold scents either. The staff at the shop are lovely and are always very responsive, so this review is in no way a reflection of them.
