Wooden Pan & Dish Scraper

Make sure to seal it before using…

The scraper is made of beechwood, but it’s not sealed. The wood gets wet and starts to stink, so needs to be treated with food-grade mineral oil. Just something to keep in mind—it’s an extra maintenance step to help it last and keep it from getting gross.

I’m so happy I purchased this. I just wish I bought it sooner as it works so much better than the other items I’ve been using for years.

Wish I had this years ago

I love this thing! It’s perfect for scraping food off my enameled cast iron pan without scratching it or weakening the enamel (like steel wool will). It also works great for stainless steel pans.
